Boost

The goal for this project was to allow visitors to Steamboat Springs Ski Resort rent skis, snowboards and bikes using their mobile device and an on-site kiosk. This project helped optimize the customer and ski tech relationship.

My Involvement 

I worked closely with the Product Lead and Project Manager from the initial discovery stage up until my designs were translated into code. We followed a solid discovery process and were able to secure a streamlined user workflow.

Exploratory / Discovery Work

What is notable about this project is the amount of iterations and feedback cycles the team was engaged in. Discovery lasted around two months as we had experimented with many flows and styles and ultimatly landed on the version above.
